Simple. Transparent. Aligned.
The bonus ladder
The base is 2% of your weekly gross. When I get your gross up, the percentage climbs a step, up to 5%. A slow week never costs you extra.

Your hours
Before we book anything we check what’s left on your 14-hour window and your 70, where your 30-minute break falls, and whether the reload fits after your 10 off.

Direct communication
No overseas call center, no script, no ticket number. When you call, the person who booked your load picks up, and brokers hear an American voice on a U.S. number.
